RIGHT TO AN ATTORNEY

This is the Sixth Amendment in the U.S. Constitution. In all criminal prosecutions you have the right to an attorney when you stand trial.

RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL.

You have the right to a jury trial, witnesses are a part of the juridical trial. The Sixth Amendment guarantees a jury of the state you are in. In most cases a jury trial is only for crimes that are considered serious.

RIGHT TO CONFRONT WITNESSES.

The Sixth Amendment gives the person accused of a crime the right to confront a witness. The person accused can also cross-examine a prosecutors witness.

RIGHT AGAINST SELF-INCRIMINATION.

The Fifth Amendment protects witnesses to being forced to incriminate themselves. They have the right to choose whether they were a part of the crime or not.

RIGHT AGAINST UNREASONABLE SEARCHES AND SEIZURES

You have the right against an unreasonable search from an officer and a warrant.

RIGHT  TO PRODUCE EVIDENCE

Any person accused of a crime has the right to provide evidence of the case. The evidence can be against another witness or it can be to defend themselves from the case.
